Spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Lately I have been going through an extreme spicy phase. Much to my husband's dismay! Whether it's chili, shredded beef, or pasta, the hotter, the better (I'm slightly suspicious it's because I'm pregnant). This recipe can be made either spicy or mild depending on your tastes and is still a showstopper. If you err on the mild side, go ahead and eliminate the serrano peppers all-together. If you're more of a medium fan, only add 1. Enjoy!!

1 red onion
2 bell peppers (any color)
2 serrano peppers
4 roma tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
4-6 chicken cutlets
1 cup heavy cream
1-2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon gluten free flour
3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
12oz gluten free penne pasta
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
